SoliCall Pro Integration

Step 1

Configure your softphone (VoIP program) to use SoliCall’s Microphone. In case you are also interested in filtering the incoming audio then in addition configure your softphone to use SoliCall’s Speaker. Below you can find few examples showing how to change the audio settings for different softphones.

Step 2

To test your configuration, open the main screen of SoliCall and make a call. You should see that the microphone indicator turns *ON*. If you also changed the Speaker of your softphone to use SoliCall, then the Speaker indicator will also turn *ON*. Please note that noise cancellation occurs only when the Microphone indicator is *ON*.

Bellow you can find few examples showing how to change the audio settings for different softphones. If you encounter any unexpected behavior please consult our FAQ. In addition to the basic configuration you can also take a look at the following  advanced configuration options.

Zoom

Go to Settings –> Audio. Set the Microphone and optionally the Speaker to “SoliCall”

Chrome

If your sofphone is running in Google Chrome browser and it does not provide an option to change the microphone, you can change it in Google Chrome itself. In the bar write: chrome://settings/content/microphone. Then set the Microphone to “SoliCall”

Microsoft Teams

Go to device settings and set the Microphone to “SoliCall”

Skype

Go to Settings –> Audio & Video. Set the Microphone and optionally the Speakers to “SoliCall”

RingCentral

Go to Settings –> Notifications and Sound. Set the Microphone and optionally the Speaker to “SoliCall”.

Bria

Other

To set up SoliCall with other softphones, go to the softphone’s main screen, look for the audio settings (usually in settings/tools-options/preferences) and change the Audio In (microphone) and optionally also the Audio Out (speakers) to SoliCall. If your softphone does not give you the option to change the audio device, you may try changing the audio device in the browser settings (assuming your softphone runs inside a browser). If non of the above is possible, you will need to change the default audio device (or the default communication device) in Windows to be SoliCall and in SoliCall’s option menu you should select the specific sound device you would like to use.
